Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional and helpful assistance via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
Key
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Monitor all business websites and social media sites to engage customers and respond to inquiries.
Monitor customer orders from start to finish to ensure completion and accuracy.
Follow up with all customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed or directed by Management.
Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Assist Sale Rep(s) with setting sales calls.
Follow up with potential client(s) after quote(s) has been sent out.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Works well in a team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to use email, CRM platforms, websites, and social media.
