Job Summary This position will be responsible for the daily operations by creating and fostering relationships with clients, locators, and employees.
Manage and motivate personnel through supervisors to ensure that workloads are completed daily.

Operations:
Contribute your expertise to build and deliver a high growth organization focused on profitability, efficiency, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Lead a team of regional managers across multiple states and time zones.
Create improvement with best practices, processes, strategies, and performance metrics that are driven throughout the business and used to monitor and deliver profitability.
Establish and achieve operational efficiencies, revenue, profit, growth, production, safety, and other established goals.
Continually optimize company offerings, products, services, and equipment.
Ensure organized, clean, safe, and efficient work environments and well-maintained equipment and tools.
Prompt investigation and professional resolution of all challenges.
Business Development:
Achieve growth and profitability with effective client relationship, new business development and creating opportunities for growth while maximizing relationships with existing clients.
Create demand by demonstrating expertise and effective problem solving while performing all projects.
Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for new customers and new markets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure highest customer retention and satisfaction through improved relationships, great communication, and prompt resolutions in a professional manner.
Research, analyze and stay ahead of the market, customers, industry and competitors with early identification and recommended plans of action for customer needs, trends, new service/product offerings, and challenges.
Leadership:
Hire, train, retain and mentor to form high performing, high morale, result-oriented departments and teams with ownership mentality focused on high quality, safety, productivity, profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Build strategic, productive relationships with communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, senior management, and departments leaders.
Additional responsibilities, skills, and abilities:
Reviews daily and weekly scorecards and communicates expectations to team to ensure performance metrics achieved.
Ability to drive change and hold others accountable to change.
Ensures company standards and procedures are maintained for each part of the operation.
Assist with recruitment processes when needed.
Work to reduce/control expenses, damages, and worker's comp / auto accidents.
Performs investigations as needed; damages, auto, etc.
Ensure day-to-day compliance with state regulations and contractual obligations.
Resolve routine employee and customer issues and concerns.
Provides assistance to staff by supporting and troubleshooting software application issues.
Participate in budget preparation and analysis.
Represent the company at various damage prevention forums.
Overlook and approve day-to-day load management activity.
Requirements/ Qualifications High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two or more years of leadership experience required.
Experience in the locating industry preferred.
Experience in an adjacent industry may be considered.
Ability to travel 50% of the time to branch locations and/or field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
